Please call 361-573-1014 to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are Tuesday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you reach our office after hours you may leave your name and telephone number and we will return your call the next business day.
If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. If you have an afterhours emergency, you can reach Dr. Rick Heard by calling the office and leaving a voice message as directed.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Because we constantly treat emergency problems, unexpected delays may arise. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
A cancellation hurts three people - another patient, you and your doctor. Please remember to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
