For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks. Also, we participate with Care Credit to help those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months, interest free). You can apply for Care Credit online at www.carecredit.com or pick up an application at our office. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office at the time service is rendered, regardless of your insurance coverage. We are an out-of-network provider.
As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will gladly file your insurance after payment is received. The benefits would then be directed to you.
